Class Information

 

Pre-Ballet, Tap and Tumbling- this class is for the 2-3 year old dancer. It includes ballet, tap and tumbling styles. Pre-Ballet, Tap and Tumbling classes meet once a week for 45 minutes.

 

Pre-k 4 Combination class- this class is for the 4 year old dancer. It includes ballet, tap and jazz styles. Pre-K 4 Combo classes meet once a week for 45 minutes. (Pre-K Combo classes have the option for a 15 minute tumble add-on to the end of the hour for an extra $10 fee per month.)

Ballet Classes- The foundation of dance! These classes are offered by level and meet once a week for 45-60 minutes (depending on level.) Please contact the studio regarding ballet classes.

 

Combination Classes- these classes are offered by age group and include ballet, tap and jazz styles. Combo classes meet once a week for 60 minutes.

 

Hip Hop- these classes are a combination of jazz/funk/hip hop styles. Hip hop classes meet once a week for 45 minutes.  Must meet age requirement to enroll.

 

Tumbling- Tumbling classes are offered by level and include strength, flexibility, acro, and tumble training.

(Please look below for level requirements before registering for tumble classes.)

-Beginner Tumble Requirements: No Experience required.

-Intermediate Tumble Requirements: Knowledge of basic rolls, bridge, cartwheel and handstand. 

​

-Intermediate/Advanced Tumble Requirements: Knowledge of bridge with kickover, walkovers, beginning backhandspring.

​

-Advanced Tumble requirements: Knowledge of walkovers, handsprings, beginning aerials and tuck. 

​

Competitive Dance- Dance Dynamics offers numerous levels of competitive dance. Dancers who would like to join our studio’s competitive teams are required to audition during the month of May.
